General
What does Onrupt Technologies Internationals do?
We help small businesses with website development, domain management, business email, cloud and conventional hosting, AI automation, SaaS tools and digital transformation.
Who do you work with?
Small businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, professionals and growing organisations looking for affordable, modern technology.
How can a small business choose the right technology?
Start with the problem you want to solve, define what success looks like, and compare options against your budget, your team's skills and how the tool connects with your existing systems. We can help with that assessment.
How do I get started?
Send us a message, request a quote, or book a consultation. We'll ask about your goals and recommend practical next steps.
How is pricing calculated?
We quote based on scope — pages, features, integrations, third-party costs and support needs. See our packages page for details.
Website Development
How can a small business build a website?
Start by defining the website's goal and the pages you need (usually Home, Services, About and Contact). Then choose a build approach: a no-code builder or CMS for simple sites you want to edit yourself, or custom development when you need specific functionality. Connect a professional domain, choose hosting, and make sure the site works well on mobile.
What's the difference between low-code, no-code and custom development?
No-code tools let you build with visual editors and no programming. Low-code tools add the option of small amounts of code for extra flexibility. Custom development means writing the site's code directly, which offers the most control but usually takes more time and budget.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
In most cases, yes. When editing content yourself matters to you, we prioritise a CMS or editor-friendly platform and walk you through how to use it.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, features, content needs and build approach. Share your requirements through our quote form and we'll recommend options that fit.
Domain Name Management
Why does a business need a custom domain?
A custom domain (like yourbusiness.com) makes your business look established, is easier to remember, and lets you use professional email addresses. It also means you own your online address rather than depending on a platform's subdomain.
What is DNS?
DNS (Domain Name System) is like the internet's address book. DNS records tell the world which server hosts your website and which service receives your email.
Can you check if my domain name is available?
We can research options with you during a consultation using registrar search tools. This website itself doesn't run live availability checks.
Will the domain be registered in my name?
That's our recommended practice, so you always keep ownership and control of your domain.
Business Email Solutions
How does professional business email work?
You connect your domain to an email provider by adding DNS records. The MX record tells the internet where to deliver your mail, while SPF, DKIM and DMARC records prove your outgoing messages are genuinely from your domain.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF lists which servers may send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to each message. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with messages that fail those checks and can send you reports.
Can I keep my existing emails when switching?
Usually yes. Most providers support importing mail from the old account, and we help plan that migration.
Which email provider do you use?
We recommend a provider based on your needs and budget rather than forcing one platform.
Cloud Hosting
What is the difference between cloud hosting and traditional hosting?
Traditional (shared) hosting places your website on one physical server shared with other sites, with fixed resources — simple and affordable. Cloud hosting draws on a pool of virtual resources that can scale up or down, which suits applications and growing traffic but can be more complex to manage.
Do I need cloud hosting for a small business website?
Not always. A simple brochure site often runs well on conventional hosting. Cloud hosting makes more sense for applications, online tools, or sites expecting significant growth.
Do you guarantee uptime?
Uptime commitments come from the hosting provider you choose. We help you compare providers and understand their published service levels.
Conventional Hosting
Is shared hosting good enough for my business?
For many small business websites with steady traffic, yes. If you're running an application or expect heavy traffic, consider cloud hosting.
How do domains, hosting and email work together?
Your domain is your address, hosting stores your website files, and email service handles your mailboxes. DNS records on your domain point visitors to your hosting and email to your mail provider.
Can I move to cloud hosting later?
Yes. Starting with conventional hosting and migrating as you grow is a common path.
AI Automation Solutions
What is AI automation?
AI automation uses artificial intelligence alongside workflow software to perform tasks that would otherwise need manual effort — like understanding a customer message, extracting information, or deciding where to route a request.
How can AI automate small business workflows?
Common starting points are answering frequently asked questions, capturing and qualifying leads from your website, sending follow-up emails, scheduling appointments, and moving data between tools such as forms, spreadsheets and CRMs.
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn't our goal. Good automation takes repetitive tasks off your team so they can focus on customers and higher-value work, with humans reviewing important decisions.
Can you guarantee cost savings?
No one can honestly guarantee savings in advance. We start small, measure the effect, and expand only what proves useful.
Digital Transformation
What is digital transformation?
It's the ongoing process of adopting digital tools and ways of working to improve efficiency, customer experience and resilience. For a small business it can be as practical as moving to cloud files, online booking and automated invoicing.
How can a small business choose the right technology?
Start from the problem, not the product. List your most time-consuming or error-prone processes, define what success looks like, then compare tools against those needs, your budget and how easily your team can adopt them.
Do we have to change everything at once?
No. We recommend phased changes, starting with improvements that deliver noticeable benefit with the least disruption.
